LTAG has a confirmed Court of Appeal hearing date, Feb 4-6th 2020.  Last week, on July 24th, we served upon the Court and upon HMRC our up to date Skeleton Argument.

We believe the chances of success have improved materially for both sideways and for carry-back members.
